... los 3 estados de madurez de un equipo

I´ve been reading a lot lately about architecture, coding practices and team development. I just came across this very nice article about the 3 maturity stages of software teams where very intelligently identifies 3 kind of teams, and what type of a leader each teams deserves for success.
Worth reading.
I have to say that I have found a lot of teams in the chaotic stage, and have been able to successfully transition to a mature stage, but one thing important to note is that people integrating these teams should be in favor of evolution, and if this is not the case, it should be replaced immediately, because the team will be affected by his behavior.
For the rest, more or less, d'accord, but not so dictator at the beginning.
